Who publishes HBCU.news
HBCU.news is created by Christopher “CJ” Nurse, founder of ContentCreators.life. This is an independent publication; school editions do not imply university ownership or endorsement.
Original reporting and attributed coverage
Original reporting should name its reporter and credit its photographers. Curated coverage links to the original publisher. A publisher credit does not mean that publisher wrote an HBCU.news summary. AI-assisted summaries and Bonita explanations can make errors; use original reporting and linked documents to check the underlying facts. Anonymous desk work uses an organization byline, not an invented individual author.
Homecoming verification
Dates and event details require an official university, athletics or organizer source. Each listing shows the source and the date we checked it. Conflicting dates remain withheld or explicitly flagged. Missing prices, performers, end times and ticket availability are not filled in with guesses. Official schedules can change after our check.
Corrections and contact
Use our existing community submission address to flag a correction or send a reporting pitch. Include the HBCU.news page URL, the disputed detail and a primary source. We aim to review supported corrections and update affected listings and source-check dates. Delivery and response time are not guaranteed.
Photos, contributors and community
Credit photos to their documented source and obtain publication rights for contributed work. Contributor submissions require source checks, an authentic byline and editorial approval before publication. We do not manufacture reader comments, testimonials or engagement counts. Public discussion remains unavailable until a persistent, moderated system is ready.
